Member Mmanagement
　　The micromotor manufacturer and production enterprise, scientific research designing institute, universities, relevant enterprise and institution that acquire industrial and business license according to law produces, who recognize and comply with this constitution , apply for enrollment voluntary, and perform examination and approved procedure, become member unit. The representative of member unit is a legal person representative or a major principal on duty that authorized by the member unit.
The Right of Member
1 , have right to attend each kind of campaign that conducted.
2 , enjoy every service that offered.
3 , have equal vote.
4 , have right to inquiry, criticize and suggest every work , have the freedom that asks to withdraw meeting voluntary.
5 , get the publication that published , technical and economic and other information.
The Duty of Member
1 , comply with state law and constitution and rules , carry out the resolution of meeting, defend benefit and the reputation of association.
2 , attend every campaign actively, complete with great efforts the work that association entrusts , offer association the information that needs in time.
3 , pay membership dues according to rule.
Standard of Enrollment Fund and Standard of Membership Dues
1 , standard of enrollment fund all member units need pay enrollment fund RMB500 Yuan.
2, standard of membership dues
　　Member units pay membership dues according to last annual total output value . Above RMBten millions Yuan of total output value, pay RMB1000 Yuan every year . Below RMBten millions Yuan, pays RMB800 Yuan every year. Research designing institute and universities, pay RMB500 Yuan every year.
Standing Handle Affairs Organization
　　Standing handle affairs organization is secretariat, secretariat sets up the enterprise of secretary-general. under the leadership of concil, take charge of the daily work of association by secretary-general, and take the responsibility for contacting and coordinating the work of each department.
